RDN CONS in Dubai seeks a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to manage and grow relationships with existing clients, focusing on retention, engagement and trading activity in a fast-paced brokerage.

You will collaborate with an international sales team, meet retention and sales targets, and receive fully paid relocation, accommodation and visa support, with a competitive compensation package.

Are you a Mandarin-speaking sales professional with experience in the FX & CFD industry and a strong background in client retention?

The Role

As an FX Sales Retention Agent, you will manage and develop relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients, focusing on retention, engagement and commercial growth within a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proactively engaging with clients to strengthen retention and ongoing trading activity
• Understanding individual client needs and providing appropriate support
• Identifying opportunities to increase client engagement and business value
• Working towards individual sales, retention and performance targets
• Following up consistently with existing clients and maintaining a strong relationship throughout the customer lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity records in internal systems
• Working closely with an international sales team to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry
• Proven retention experience within a brokerage environment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
