Job summary

Dubai-based brokerage seeks an experienced and driven Team Lead for our Mandarin FX Conversion Desk. You will lead a high-caliber team and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Native Mandarin required with at least 1 year of FX Conversion TL experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Mandarin speaker.
• Minimum 1 year of FX Conversion as TL.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Currently based in Dubai or open to relocating on short notice.
• Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage.
