Job summary

RDN CONS is seeking a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent who will manage and develop relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients, focusing on retention and growth within a fast-paced environment in Dubai.

The role requires fluent Mandarin and English, with experience in FX/CFD and client retention. You will collaborate with an international sales team and benefit from a fully paid relocation package, accommodation, and visa support as part of the offering.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience in the FX/CFD industry.
• Proven retention experience within a brokerage environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented sales environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proactively engaging with clients to strengthen retention and ongoing trading activity.
• Understanding individual client needs and providing appropriate support.
• Identifying opportunities to increase client engagement and business value.
• Working towards individual sales, retention and performance targets.
• Following up consistently with existing clients and maintaining a strong relationship throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Maintaining accurate client information and activity records in internal systems.
• Working closely with an international sales team to achieve business objectives.
