Job summary

Projectstudy in Dubai seeks an experienced FX/CFD sales professional to promote products, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into active traders. You will drive retention, upsell opportunities, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role requires native/fluent Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, or Thai, plus prior FX/CFD experience and strong negotiation skills. Relocation to Dubai is provided along with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai or Vietnamese; written and spoken fluency.
• Experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory.
• Retention role experience in Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking; CRM and office software familiarity.
• Experience with international brokerage teams and trading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote FX and CFD products to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for retention and growth.
• Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients.
• Increase upsell and cross-sell across client portfolios.
• Deliver high-level customer service across the client lifecycle.
• Stay updated on markets, trading conditions, and product updates.
• Work toward defined sales and retention targets.
