Job summary

Confidencial in Dubai is seeking an experienced Manager – Workforce Mobilization to lead and optimize workforce deployment for large-scale transportation operations.

You will plan readiness, onboarding, and allocation of drivers and supervisory staff across multiple fleet categories, coordinating with Fleet Operations, HR, Recruitment, Training, and other stakeholders to ensure continuous coverage and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation, fleet operations, workforce mobilization, or large-scale manpower deployment.
• Experience managing workforce for large and diverse transportation fleets.
• Proven mobilization and deployment of drivers, supervisors, and operational personnel.
• Strong knowledge of transportation operations, fleet requirements, workforce planning, and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workforce mobilization activities supporting large-scale transportation and mobility operations.
• Plan and coordinate the deployment and readiness of drivers, supervisors, and operational workforce across multiple fleet categories and locations.
• Develop workforce mobilization plans based on fleet size, operational demand, routes, contracts, and service requirements.
• Ensure onboarding, allocation, deployment, and readiness of drivers and supervisors.
• Manage workforce requirements for large and diverse fleets, including manpower planning, deployment, replacement, and coverage.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations, HR, Recruitment, Training, and other stakeholders to ensure workforce readiness.
• Monitor workforce availability, utilization, productivity, attendance, and coverage.
• Anticipate manpower gaps and develop contingency and replacement plans for business continuity.
• Establish and monitor workforce KPIs and SLAs and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, policies, safety, and standards.
• Lead and develop the Workforce Mobilization team and coordinate across operations.
• Support mobilization of new contracts, projects, fleet expansions, and transitions.

About Position:

A leading transportation and mobility organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Manager – Workforce Mobilization with strong expertise in transportation operations, fleet mobilization, and large-scale workforce deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing workforce mobilization for large and diverse fleets, ensuring the timely availability, readiness, deployment, and allocation of drivers, supervisors, and other operational personnel in line with business and transportation requirements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in transportation, fleet operations, workforce mobilization, or large-scale manpower deployment.
• Strong experience managing workforce requirements for large-scale and diverse transportation fleets.
• Proven experience in the mobilization and deployment of drivers, supervisors, and operational personnel.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet requirements, workforce planning, and operational readiness.
• Experience supporting high-volume operations with multiple fleet types, locations, routes, and service requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
• UAE transportation and mobility sector experience is highly desirable.
