Job summary

Damac Properties in Dubai is seeking a Leasing & Business Development professional to drive occupancy and rental revenue across a mixed portfolio. You will develop leasing strategies, negotiate terms, and lead a team of leasing executives to secure tenants and renewals.

The role requires strong market analysis, client networking, and coordination with finance and legal teams to ensure compliant, timely documentation and optimal occupancy levels. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

• Professional certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.

Leasing & Business Development

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Tenant Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and service delivery.

Financial Management

• Monitor rental income and occupancy levels.
• Recommend rental rates based on market analysis and property performance.
• Prepare leasing budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with the finance team regarding invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables.

Market Research

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and rental rates.
• Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Recommend strategies to improve occupancy and profitability.

Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate leasing records and documentation.
• Ensure all lease agreements comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Prepare regular leasing reports for management.
• Coordinate with legal teams regarding lease documentation and disputes when required.

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor leasing executives and leasing coordinators.
• Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.
