Job summary

Hire Rightt is seeking a Manager- Project Delivery to lead and manage the delivery, design, and execution of multiple construction projects in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating activities from design through handover, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, Project Management certification, and 8–10 years of experience in construction and project delivery within Dubai regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Project Management.
• Knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, Environmental regulations, and Dubai construction laws with 8–10 years in Construction and Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of multiple projects across the business, ensuring progress and successful completion aligned with strategic objectives.
• Enforce structured project delivery processes, ensuring budgets and schedules are met.
• Identify, assess, and monitor project risks; develop mitigation plans and controls for timelines, cost, and quality.
• Ensure compliant project and budget management following standards and regulations.

Role : The job holder will lead and manage the project delivery, project design, and execution toward handover throughout multiple projects development plan, coordination and handover

Responsibilities-

• Oversee the management of multiple projects across the business, ensuring monitoring of progress and successful completion of projects while aligning outcomes with the company’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.
• Enforce structured project delivery processes, ensuring projects are executed within approved budgets and completed on schedule.
• Proactively identify, assess, and monitor both known and unforeseen project risks. Develop mitigation plans and ensure appropriate controls are in place to safeguard timelines, cost, and quality.
• Ensure efficient, compliant project and budget management, adhering to organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
