Job summary

Talents Tide is hiring a Manager – HR Planning Department for a leading government entity in Dubai. You will lead workforce planning, define headcount needs, and shape organizational structure and career paths, including Emiratization initiatives.

You will analyze labor market trends, manage the annual headcount budget, and build succession frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Arabic and UAE national status are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong analytical skills with workforce data.
• Experience leading cross-functional coordination on people planning.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE National (Emirati).
