Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking an HR Director (Emirati) to provide leadership across talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention programs, and leadership development. The role also serves as a strategic adviser to the senior management team.

The position requires Dubai government experience and a strong ability to develop and implement consistent HR policies and programs while overseeing compensation and benefits for top talent in a services-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or management.
• 15+ years HR experience, ideally from a services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
