Job summary

CG FINETECH is seeking an India Manager to lead the growing India sales and operations team, shaping market strategy and ensuring delivery excellence. You will build and mentor the team, develop client relationships, and drive expansion initiatives across CFDs, cryptocurrency, futures, and stocks.

You will work with cross-border teams and senior leadership to align with the group's strategic direction, monitor performance, and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen CG FINETECH’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CFD, cryptocurrency, futures, stocks, or related financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian market, policies, developments, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management, preferably within sales or financial services.
• Ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies in line with the Group’s objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

As India Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening CG FINETECH’s presence in India by leading the local team, developing market expansion strategies, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective operational performance.
