We are a rapidly growing company in the heart of Dubai and we are seeking a highly motivated Indian Sales Manager to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving revenue growth in the Indian market

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance training and support as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the Indian market
• Identify new opportunities for business development and expansion into new markets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for upper management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing finance and operations to ensure alignment of goals and strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management preferably in the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field

We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month along with commission based on performance
