Infopro Learning in Dubai seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver Management and Business Administration programs. You will create structured lesson plans and materials, aligning with approved curricula and outcomes, and deliver across face-to-face, online, and blended formats.
The role requires strong differentiation, assessment, and reporting skills, plus the ability to engage a mixed-level classroom and provide timely feedback. Onsite work in Dubai is expected.
Design and deliver structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources aligned with approved curricula and programme outcomes, across face-to-face, online, and blended formats.
Deliver Management, Business Administration, Workplace Skills, and Professional Development training, using workplace examples, case studies, and hands-on activities to reinforce learning.
Apply differentiated instruction, adapting pacing, task complexity, and support to meet the needs of learners at different levels within the same group.
Customise materials and activities to learner level, occupational requirements, and the transition from classroom to workplace-based training.
Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Prepare learner performance reports and maintain accurate records to support programme reviews, audits, and accreditation.
Proven experience designing and delivering Management and/or Business Administration training in a structured, curriculum-based setting.
Strong skills in lesson planning, materials development, and differentiated instruction for mixed-level groups.
Experience with formative and summative assessment, including marking, feedback, and performance reporting.
Comfort delivering face-to-face, online, and blended training sessions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build an engaging, inclusive, learner-centred classroom.
Willingness and ability to work onsite in Dubai.
