Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering management or business training in a structured curriculum.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, materials development, and differentiating instruction for mixed-level groups.
• Experience with formative and summative assessment, including marking, feedback, and performance reporting.
• Comfort delivering face-to-face, online, and blended training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured lesson plans, learning resources, and activities across face-to-face, online, and blended formats.
• Deliver Management, Business Administration, Workplace Skills, and Professional Development training using real-world examples.
• Apply differentiated instruction to meet diverse learner needs within the same group.
• Customize materials to learner level and workplace transition from classroom to on-the-job training.
• Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments and provide timely feedback.
• Prepare learner performance reports and maintain records for programme reviews and audits.
