Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Managed Services and services sales.
  • Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and opportunities for managed services solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and design customized service proposals.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our managed services offerings.
  • Negotiate and manage complex sales-cycles and present proposals to C-level executives in corporate and enterprise customers at multiple verticals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges to position our services effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Assets, Contracts and Financials restructuring of Infrastructure Managed Services and Transformation engagements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, IT, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) and experience in IT Services sales.
  • Experience in closing multi-million $ value deals.
  • Proven track record of success in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Has a deep understanding of Annual Maintenance concepts, SLA driven solutions.
  • Ability to understand and analyse client’s business processes to advise on how they can improve business efficiency and cut costs to allow them to focus on their core Business.
  • Has a strong background in IT Service Management based on ITIL.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients while achieving business objectives.
  • Applicant should possess experience and knowledge of
  • Computers, networking technology and cloud computing systems and infrastructure.
  • Managed Services tools (ITSM / ITAM, ITOM).
  • ITIL Processes.
  • Cyber security tools and services.
  • IT Support Outsourcing model.
  • IT Maintenance & Support Services Sales.
  • Should have worked in a leading IT company that has provided similar IT Managed Services sales solutions to clients.
  • Good to have.
  • Having Cloud based managed services sales for support or migration is a plus.
  • Certifications in ITIL / TOGAF shall be a plus.
  • Experience in working with IBM, Dell, HPE, Nutanix, and other leading hardware and infrastructure brands is a plus.
  • Knowledge / Experience in selling application managed services
