Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close new opportunities in Abu Dhabi, focusing on property management, hospitality, and facilities management. You will manage client relationships, price solutions, and negotiate contracts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver value-driven services.

The role requires at least 5 years in the service industry, strong sales and presentation skills, and fluent Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within the service industry.
• Arabic: Fluent (mandatory). English: Fluent.
• Experience in property management, facilities management, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management, hospitality, and facilities management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and price tailored solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
• Track BD KPIs and pipeline performance.
