Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in a shopping centre environment.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, teamwork and report writing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• High level of precision and analytical ability.
• Ability to take responsibility for sizeable and complex instructions.
• Experience in client management and staff management.
• Demonstrable competence in relevant technical areas.
• Knowledge of legislation and case law relevant to role.
• Knowledge of the retail property sector.
• Understanding of market and local knowledge.
• Understanding of business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site staff and centre operations within budgets.
• Develop relationships with tenants and ensure lease compliance and service quality.
• Coordinate asset management and marketing initiatives.
• Assist leasing team with on-site inspections and operations data.
• Issue written orders on health & safety, operations, security, and cleanliness.
• Lead and develop on-site staff and external contractors into a cohesive team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and insurance requirements.
• Oversee credit control, cash handling and banking procedures.
• Produce and execute an annual marketing plan for the centre.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing on marketing activities.
