Job summary

Develop and implement tenant engagement and operations strategies across multiple assets.
Oversee asset P&L, EBITDA targets, budgets, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead AMC presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and retail operating standards.
Collaborate with finance, leasing, facilities, and marketing teams on performance analyses.
Drive customer experience improvements and brand positioning across assets.
Manage relationships with government agencies and legal teams on complex matters.
