Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, seeks a customer-focused Insurance Assistant for mall-based kiosks across the UAE. The role covers face-to-face service, policy inquiries, renewals, and basic documentation, with opportunities to upsell products.

Shift-based work includes evenings and weekends in a retail setting. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, preferably in insurance, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, call centre, front desk, or retail/insurance operations.
• Experience in insurance industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products and policy administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the mall-based insurance kiosk.
• Address inquiries on insurance policies, coverage, renewals, endorsements, and claims status.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products where appropriate.
• Support policy issuance, renewals, amendments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations to resolve requests.
• Follow up on quotations, renewals, and outstanding documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Aim to meet service and productivity targets while delivering high satisfaction.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns and customer engagement at kiosks.
