Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC in Dubai is seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team for a full‑time, on‑site role. The position targets UAE National fresh graduates aiming to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry and to gain hands‑on exposure to insurance operations within a corporate environment.

You will support day‑to‑day operations across underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, and customer service, while learning regulations, company policies, and recordkeeping best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Willing to work full‑time from the office (5 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, or customer service.
• Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Learn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Support team members with operational and administrative requirements as needed.
