Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC in Dubai is seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team. This full‑time, on‑site role is open to UAE National fresh graduates motivated to build a long‑term career in insurance and gain hands‑on exposure to underwriting, finance, claims and customer service.

You will support day‑to‑day insurance operations across functions, assist with documentation, data entry and internal reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
• Willing to work full-time from the office (5 days a week)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, or customer service
• Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
• Learn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and internal procedures
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information
• Support team members with operational and administrative requirements as needed

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
