Halian Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Incident Manager to lead Major Incident Management across technology, cybersecurity, and operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive rapid restoration, and communicate with executives during high-severity incidents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in Incident/Major Incident Management or IT Operations.
• Experience handling high-priority incidents in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong ITIL-based governance and crisis-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Major Incident (P1/P0) response across tech, infra, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Act as Incident Commander during high-severity incidents and drive recovery.
• Coordinate incident bridge calls and cross-functional teams during outages.
• Provide timely communications to leadership and stakeholders.
• Assess business impact and ensure escalation paths.
• Track restoration targets and SLAs throughout incident lifecycle.
• Oversee post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Problem and Change Management to boost stability.
• Maintain incident playbooks, governance, and dashboards.
• Lead simulations, DR exercises, and readiness activities.
