Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Incident Response Manager to lead the Cyber Security Incident Response unit, oversee daily operations, and manage SOC shifts.

You will drive incident response strategy, develop playbooks, coordinate with threat intel and other security functions, and report findings to leadership while maintaining crisis management capabilities for high-impact events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in information security with incident management experience.
• Hands-on management of L3 security incidents from detection to disposition.
• Experience in banking/financial institutions and SOC/CIRT leadership.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NESA, PCI DSS, SWIFT and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cyber Security Incident Response unit and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Develop, oversee, and refine incident response plans and playbooks.
• Directly handle L3 security incidents and coordinate containment and resolution.
• Coordinate with threat intel and other security functions; report to leadership.
• Maintain incident response frameworks (NIST MITRE ATT&CK) and crisis management processes.
