Job summary

Dhafir Technologies LLC in Abu Dhabi requires a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our repair shop, directing a team of technicians and ensuring safe, reliable fleet and equipment performance. The role blends hands-on expertise with leadership to minimize downtime and control maintenance costs.

You will supervise workshop tasks, implement preventive maintenance, inspect work quality, and manage parts inventory while coordinating with vendors and using fleet management software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a lead mechanic or workshop supervisor.
• Deep understanding of diesel/gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and diagnostic software.
• Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
• Familiarity with Odoo and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations and supervise technicians.
• Schedule, assign and prioritize repair tasks to maximize productivity.
• Develop and track preventive maintenance programs across sites.
• Perform diagnostics and ensure quality control of completed work.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our repair shop lead a team of technicians and ensure the safety reliability and optimal performance of our vehicle fleet and machinery This role balances hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership to minimize equipment downtime and manage maintenance costs

Core Responsibilities

• Workshop Supervision
• Schedule assign and prioritize daily repair tasks for mechanics and technicians to maximize shop productivity
• Preventive Maintenance
• Design implement and track routine service schedules to prevent equipment failure across all sites
• Diagnostics & Quality Control
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical or electrical issues and inspect completed work for quality
• Inventory & Purchasing
• Monitor spare parts inventory order tools and supplies and maintain relationships with parts vendors
• Safety & Compliance
• Enforce workshop safety protocols OSHA local regulations and ensure all assets comply with transport safety standards
• Documentation
• Manage work orders track maintenance costs and update digital fleet management software logs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a lead mechanic or workshop supervisor.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of diesel/gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostic software.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
