Job summary

Dhafir Technologies L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily repair shop operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of our vehicle fleet and machinery.

The role blends hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership to minimize downtime, manage maintenance costs, and maintain documentation with our fleet management system. You will drive preventive maintenance and enforce safety standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a lead mechanic or workshop supervisor.
• Deep understanding of diesel/gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostic software.
• Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team of technicians.
• Familiarity with Odoo and basic MS Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Workshop Supervision: Schedule, assign, and prioritize daily repair tasks for mechanics and technicians to maximize shop productivity.
• Preventive Maintenance: Design, implement, and track routine service schedules to prevent equipment failure across all sites
• Diagnostics & Quality Control: Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex mechanical or electrical issues and inspect completed work for quality.
• Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor spare parts inventory, order tools and supplies, and maintain relationships with parts vendors.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce workshop safety protocols (OSHA/local regulations) and ensure all assets comply with transport safety standards.
• Documentation: Manage work orders, track maintenance costs, and update digital fleet management software logs.
