Job summary

AARVEES REALTY BROKER (L.L.C) in Dubai is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service a diverse portfolio of properties. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep to ensure safe, well-maintained spaces across residential, office, and retail sites.

Ideal candidates have 7–8 years of building or property maintenance experience, solid knowledge of building systems, and proven problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, plastering, patching, and minor repairs.
• Install, repair, and maintain air-conditioning units and building systems for proper operation.
• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across multiple properties (residential, offices, retail, common areas).
• Conduct basic plumbing work: fix leaks, replace fixtures, unclog drains.
• Perform permitted electrical tasks including replacement of light fixtures, bulbs, switches, outlets.
• Complete carpentry work such as door alignment, lock replacement, shelving installation, drywall repairs.
• Perform painting, touch-up, finishing work as required.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and exterior structures; mow and trim as needed.
• Prepare material requirement lists for work orders with brand recommendations.
• Report major repairs or safety hazards to the Property Manager.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and completed work.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Carry, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow workplace safety policies at all times.
