Summary:

We are looking for a Maintenance Support who will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance in a school, office, hotel, residential building, or similar facility.

Job Responsibility:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing and water fixtures, electrical repairs and lighting, carpentry and furniture repairs, painting and wall repairs, door, lock, and hardware repairs, and basic air-conditioning/HVAC maintenance.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for any maintenance issues and promptly address them to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Keep track of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements, to maintain accurate records and ensure that all work is completed efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general building maintenance, preferably in a school, office, hotel, residential building, or similar facility.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and water fixtures, electrical repairs and lighting, carpentry and furniture repairs, painting and wall repairs, door, lock, and hardware repairs, as well as basic air-conditioning/HVAC maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
