Apparel Group - UAE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multi-trade technician team across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and AV in retail and corporate sites. You'll supervise daily tasks, ensure quality, and guide on safety.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with vendors, use CMMS for tracking, maintain logs, and generate KPI reports while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of maintenance operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades (MEP, AV, carpentry).
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency response protocol

• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance KPIs, service turnaround, and incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards as per company policies and local regulations.
• Liaise with Brand Operations, Projects, Admin, and Procurement teams to plan store openings, fit-outs, and technical upgrades.
• Participate in project handovers, inspections, and testing of newly installed systems.

Key Responsibility:
