Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a skilled building and facility maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment. You will inspect facilities, respond to requests, and address emergencies to ensure continuous operations.

The role requires hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and civil works, with a focus on safety, documentation, and coordination with supervisors and contractors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Carry out repairs related to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general civil works.
