Job summary

Sofomation Energy is seeking a Machine Operator to monitor product quality and ensure the proper operation of the FMCG production line. The role requires inspecting equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with supervisors and technicians during breakdowns.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of FMCG production experience and a solid understanding of GMP/HACCP/ISO standards. Safety-minded and detail-oriented individuals are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in FMCG production environment.
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards.
• Ability to operate and inspect production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors quality of products and proper operation of equipment.
• Checks technical and sanitary condition of machine and units.
• Ensures no damage to equipment and coordinates with supervisor/technicians for breakdowns or troubleshooting.
• Maintains cleanliness of workplace and equipment to prevent foreign objects.
• Follows SOPs and CLIRT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retighten) per checklists.
• Inspects products and packs per given standard.

Position: Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Monitors the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.
• Checks the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.
• Ensure no damage/s on equipment.
• Coordinates with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshoot.
• Maintains cleanliness of workplace and equipment, preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at workplace.
• Working in compliance with various quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Awareness, ISO.
• Follows various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.
• Do CLIRT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retightening) as per the check-list provided.
• Inspection of product and packing of the product as per the given standard.
