Job summary

Julphar is seeking a production operator to execute daily manufacturing operations in strict compliance with cGMP, BMR, and SOPs. You will operate and monitor production equipment, meet output targets, and support cross functional troubleshooting while driving EHS compliance and peer training.

The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field and knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes, with a focus on reducing environmental impact and operational risk across shifts in Ras Al Khaimah.

Job Role:

The position is responsible for to execute daily manufacturing operations in strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This hands‑on role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, meeting scheduled output targets, supporting cross-functional troubleshooting, and driving EHS/EMS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance, risk mitigation, and peer training.

Responsibilities:

• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Follow the implemented quality system.
• Operate the production equipment and monitor the production process as per SOP and BMR.
• Follow the production schedules.
• Follow the safety procedure.
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to avoid production interruption.
• Train new employees on production process and equipment.
• Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
• Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
• Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

• Diploma Holder
• Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, understand the operation process.
