Responsibilities include following gowning procedures, performing machine setup and cleaning, weighing operations, and completing batch documentation. The role emphasizes discipline, accountability, and active participation in EHS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in mechanical with focus on manufacturing.
• 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical industries.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Basic skills for reading and writing of English Language.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP principles and maintain them effectively.
• Organize the machine and line for packaging.
• Follow gowning procedure per SOP.
• Prepare, check and finish work per SOPs.
• Check bulk and packaging material per dispensing sheet.
• Maintain line clearance.
• Perform machine operation and cleaning per SOP.
• Check product weight per limits and weigh packaging.
• Complete batch packaging documents per SOP.
• Report mistakes or faults to the line Boss/designee immediately.
• Achieve line capacity each hour and maximize efficiency.
• Keep the line clean between batches and after shift.
• Execute daily EMS/HSE compliant operations with PPE.
• Identify and mitigate environmental impacts and risks.
• Contribute to EHS activities and continual improvement.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned.

Job Summary

The role ensures efficient production, quality compliance, and safe operations while maintaining line cleanliness and maximizing productivity in pharmaceutical packaging operations.

Key Responsibilities

• To adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner.
• Organizing the machine and line for packaging.
• To follow gowning procedure as per the SOP.
• To prepare, check, and finish the assigned work in accordance with SOPs.
• Check the bulk and packaging material before use as per dispensing sheet.
• Responsible for the line clearance.
• To perform the machine operation and cleaning as per SOP.
• To check the product weight as per the limit & weighing operation for packaging process using calibrated scale.
• Perform the batch packaging documents as per SOP.
• Report any mistake or technical fault to the line Boss/designee immediately.
• To get the line capacity every hour and help maximum line efficiency.
• Responsible to keep the line clean between batches and at the end of the shift.
• Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
• Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
• Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the superiors.

Qualification
