Job summary

Napco National in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Line Operator to support the production line and ensure quality compliance with the standard finished goods specifications.

You will assist the Quality Inspector, perform line changes, and submit daily production reports, while adhering to safety and environmental instructions as part of the OH&S management system.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs.
• Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close.
• Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader.
• Set the machine properly & perform size changes.
• Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine.
• Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, the implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
