Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication: Fluent in English.
• Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production line environments.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand long hours, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/move heavy objects safely.
• Attention to detail: Strong focus on product quality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and tend machinery on the production line per SOPs.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and finished products, report discrepancies.
• Assembly & Packaging: Safely assemble parts and package finished goods for shipping or storage.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and wear PPE.
• Production Tracking: Record production data and downtime in shift reports.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and tend manufacturing machinery and equipment on the production line according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Quality Control: Inspect raw materials and finished products regularly to identify defects, deviations, or quality issues, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
• Assembly & Packaging: Safely assemble parts, handle materials, and package finished goods correctly for shipping or storage.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine minor maintenance, clean equipment and workspaces, and troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Production Tracking: Accurately record production data, output counts, and downtime logs in shift reports.
