Job summary

EY Parthenon in Dubai is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Executive to join our high-performing team. You will assist in assessing strategic fit, analyze transaction aspects, manage the deal cycle, and support negotiations and financial modelling.

Key responsibilities include executing transactions for client portfolios, preparing reports for fund-raising and disposals, and ensuring milestones are met while collaborating with junior team members to drive growth in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance or M&A, with a track record on buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills based on an understanding of financial statements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to generate creative solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing transactions across the client portfolio and prepare client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Ensure the transaction timetable is met and quality of client deliverables is maintained.
• Engage with counterparties and other advisers to achieve transaction milestones and manage key issues and risks.
