Job summary

EY Parthenon Strategy Senior Consultant - Emirati Talent in Dubai seeks ambitious professionals to shape regional strategy projects, including growth strategy, market entry and digital transformation, with mentoring and formal learning.

You will work with C-suite on strategic engagements, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help deliver high-impact recommendations across public and private sectors in the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Masters a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant consulting/strategy experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic in professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in strategy engagements across growth, market entry, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with clients to define objectives and deliverables with seniors.
• Translate data into actionable, client-ready recommendations.
