EY-Parthenon Strategy in Dubai seeks ambitious professionals to join our rapidly growing MENA teams at the Consultant level. You will contribute to long-term strategy roadmaps, market entry and growth initiatives, and digital transformation projects for regional clients.

You will work with senior leaders, translate client needs into actionable deliverables, and collaborate across industries. Willingness to travel within the MENA region (approx. 25-50% of time) is required.
