Job summary

EY Parthenon in Dubai seeks an experienced M&A Analyst to join the national team. You will work with Senior Managers and Partners to assess strategic fit, analyze transaction aspects, and manage the deal cycle.

The role emphasizes financial modelling and supporting negotiations for acquisitions and disposals. The position requires 2–4 years in a M&A environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality client documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in a finance or related specialization from a reputable University.
• At least 2-4 years' experience in a M&A environment, including experience playing a key role in executing transactions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in assessing the strategic fit of a business by analyzing all aspects of a transaction.
• Analyze projected synergies and manage the deal cycle from start to finish.
• Support in negotiations and conduct financial modelling.
• Prepare client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
