Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Dubai is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst to support cross-border and regional transactions within EY’s Strategy & Transactions group. You will analyze strategic fit, assess projected synergies, manage deal cycles, and contribute to negotiations and financial modelling.

The role requires strong numerical and modelling skills, plus experience in corporate finance from investment banking or advisory.

Qualifications

• Experience of corporate finance in investment banking, professional services, or boutique with buy-side and sell-side exposure.
• Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills based on financial statement understanding.
• Sound judgement and ability to generate creative solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Support in the execution of transactions across the client portfolio and ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare client reports and key documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions and disposals.
• Meet transaction timetables and ensure quality of client deliverables.
• Engage with counterparties and advisers to advance deal milestones.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues and contribute to growth and development of the team.
