Job summary

Ernst & Young AE in Dubai seeks an experienced M&A Strategy & Transactions analyst to join a high-performing team. You will work with Senior Managers and Partners to assess the strategic fit of a business by analyzing all aspects of a transaction, assessing projected synergies, and managing the deal cycle.

As an M&A Analyst you will assist in negotiations, conduct financial modelling, and engage with counterparties to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a M&A environment, with execution experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to produce high quality client/internal documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of transactions across the client portfolio.
• Prepare client reports and key documentation for fund-raising.
• Contribute to acquisitions and disposals activity.
• Meet the transaction timetable and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Engage with counterparties and advisers to achieve milestones.
• Understand key business drivers and identify risks with informed counsel.
