Job summary

LNDMRK is seeking a high-impact Corporate Development / M&A Manager to source and execute transactions directly with the founders and leadership team. This hands-on role offers ownership in a lean, fast-moving environment and the opportunity to shape how the platform scales through strategic acquisitions.

You will lead deal origination, financial modelling, due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation, with UAE visa sponsorship and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in investment banking, PE, or corporate development.
• Strong execution across full deal lifecycle from origination to close.
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition targets and build a strong deal pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, and commercial workstreams.
• Prepare investment memos and present to founders and investors.
• Drive post-acquisition value creation and integration planning.
