What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• - Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE from a top-tier international law firm or Magic/Silver Circle practice;
• - Strong academic foundation with excellent degree credentials;
• - Proven track record on complex, cross-border transactions;
• - Commercial acumen and ability to provide practical, solutions-oriented advice;
• - English fluency (written and verbal) essential.

Highly Valued:

• - Experience in Middle East markets or willingness to relocate to the UAE;
• - Arabic language skills (written and verbal);
• - Specialist expertise in Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Energy & Infrastructure, or Dispute Resolution;
• - Common law qualification (UK, Australian, New Zealand, or U.S.) or admission to the bar in the UAE.
