Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Business Development Engineer for LV Partnerships in the UAE. The role drives growth of LV switchgear via strategic partnerships, focusing on Data Center and Commercial & Industrial segments while supporting industry initiatives.

You will work with partners, consultants, contractors, end users, and internal teams to expand opportunities and revenue. Leverage strong technical expertise in LV switchgear and power distribution to build joint go-to-market plans, develop business

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, application engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute partnership plans focusing on Data Center and Commercial & Industrial segments.
Identify, evaluate, and expand strategic partners to increase market penetration.
Create and support joint go-to-market initiatives with partners and provide technical expertise.
Develop technical business cases, value propositions, and solution concepts.
Identify market opportunities and partner-driven growth initiatives for LV switchgear.
Build strong technical and commercial relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales, Segment, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
