The Business Development Engineer, LV Partnerships is responsible for driving growth of Eaton's LV Switchgear business through the identification, development, and expansion of strategic partnerships. The role focuses primarily on the Data Center (DC) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segments, while supporting Industry growth initiatives.
Leveraging strong technical expertise in LV switchgear and power distribution systems, the Business Development Engineer works closely with partners, consultants, contractors, end users, sales teams, and product organizations to develop partnership opportunities, create growth plans, and promote the adoption of Eaton solutions. The role combines business development and engineering expertise to accelerate market penetration, increase specification opportunities, and support revenue growth through Eaton's partner ecosystem.
