Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager Multi-Channel to drive growth for our LV portfolio in Abu Dhabi, including busway and wiring devices, and to expand our indirect sales through distributors and panel builders. You will develop new project opportunities and manage strategic customer relationships across commercial, industrial, government, and building sectors.
A strong network in the Abu Dhabi electrical market and a proven track record in project sales and channel development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years in project sales/business development in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience managing indirect sales channels, distributors, and panel builders.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share growth for LV portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
- Identify and secure new project opportunities across sectors.
- Develop and activate indirect panel builder ecosystem with distributors.
- Lead product specification, approvals, and project registrations.
- Build strategic account plans for key customers and projects.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure project execution.
