Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is seeking a Sous Chef - Western Cuisine to assist the Chef de Cuisine in running a high-end kitchen. The role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction through strategic planning, organization, and leadership of daily operations.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety, plus experience in luxury brands. Prior work with recipe systems and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Experience in luxury international brands preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills and recipe maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the kitchen operations.
• Plan, organize, direct and control kitchen activities to achieve guest satisfaction.
