Job summary

Audemars Piguet is seeking a Technical Advisor for our Dubai boutique. You will ensure exceptional client experience, monitor service of AP watches, and support the team to grow technical knowledge. You will execute assigned tasks with autonomy, ensure boutique operations run smoothly, and participate in events and CRM activities.

Role requires strong product knowledge, high-end retail experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a high-end Retail environment, luxury watchmaking, aftersales or technical advisory roles.
• Proficiency with complex retail management systems and POS.
• Fluent English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong initiative and proactive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client experience by ensuring the boutique feels welcoming and valued.
• Handle complaints effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Contribute to the store’s appearance and CRM data collection.
• Complete sales transactions and advise customers on product information.
• Coordinate with CS centers, boutiques, and HQ for smooth operations.
• Grow the technical knowledge of the team and support aftersales processes.
