Job summary

Audemars Piguet in Dubai seeks a Boutique Admin to provide organizational and administrative support, coordinating staff, inventory, and financial transactions within the boutique. You will act as a reference point for logistics and administration with the affiliate and ensure brand standards in every interaction.

The role requires experience in luxury retail and proficiency with retail systems. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus, and you will operate in a fast-paced, premium

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in high-end Retail or luxury watch industry.
• Proficient in operating complex retail management systems and POS software.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong initiative with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and administrative support for boutique operations.
• Coordinate staff schedules and events within the boutique.
• Lead and coordinate financial transactions between boutique and finance team.
• Oversee procurement and inventory with accurate record-keeping.
• Manage deliveries, product storage, and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain professional communications with service providers and HQ.
• Ensure compliance with AP policies and data protection regulations.
