Wynn Al Marjan Island is scheduled to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027. It will be an opulent beachside destination for discerning guests, featuring a resort with 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub and five‑star spa, located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport on an island that curves into the Arabian Gulf.

Position Summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a VIP Butler to join the resort’s Butler Services team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional personalized VIP guest service at all times.
• Ensure VIP areas, villas and amenities are perfectly prepared and maintained.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with efficiency and discretion.
• Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for tailored service.
• Serve in‑room dining and amenities with precision and elegance.
• Uphold grooming, presentation and luxury service standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Monitor supplies, cleanliness and operational readiness of service areas.
• Support health, safety and company standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hospitality or related guest service experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel or resort, including at least 3 years in VIP Services.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Demonstrated excellence in VIP level guest service.
