Job summary

The Talents Nation seeks an experienced Household Manager to oversee a luxury private villa in Dubai. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, manage procurement, and ensure premium service levels with discretion.

Responsibilities include executive assistance to the principal, calendar management, travel arrangements, event planning, and confidential personal support. UAE UHNW experience and a UAE driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years UAE experience in a similar private household or luxury environment.
• Strong operations and people-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English with discretion and professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends; UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a luxury private villa and ensure high service standards.
• Lead and supervise household staff, coordinate vendors, and oversee procurement and expenses.
• Provide executive and personal assistance: calendars, travel, correspondence, and errands.
• Plan and coordinate private events with confidentiality and hospitality.
