Job summary

Hermès in Dubai is seeking a Retail Store Planner for its Mall of the Emirates boutique, reporting to the Store Director. You will anchor stock management and replenishment, serving as the link between sales floor, logistics, and merchandising.

You will monitor stock performance with KPIs, optimize stock coverage, and plan for peak seasons and launches. Close collaboration with Merchandising, Logistics, and Store Management is essential to balance offer and availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Retail back office, Planning or Supply Chain.
• Good understanding of basic supply chain concepts and forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; liaise between sales and corporate teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, Xlookup).
• Highly organized, rigorous, and proactive in proposing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key selling items by métier across SKUs, models and categories; monitor KPIs like Months of Stock and sell-through.
• Define and optimize stock coverage to support sales targets and monitor storage capacity.
• Implement and revise Min/Max settings in CEGID/COCKPIT; plan replenishment for peak seasons and launches.
• Collaborate with store management, logistics and merchandising teams; flag shortages and rebalance as needed.
